Shop Policies

Babbleworthy’s mission to help make helmet journeys happier is one I take seriously. Customer satisfaction is paramount and I try to provide as much detail as possible with each product listing to help guide your purchase decision. Please take time to read the below shop policies before making your purchase and feel free to contact me at if there are any additional questions you may have.


Product Quality & Performance

I stand by the quality of my decals, and offer standard paint kits using sealer and paint brands recommended by leading cranial band providers. I also provide detailed decorating tips to help guide customers, however those, as stated within the decorating tip sheet and decorating email disclaimers, are my personal tips alone and not a guarantee. Given various factors outside of my control, such as but not limited to: the activity level of your baby, structural adjustments made to the physical helmet itself by your cranial band provider, additional decorating tools and supplies purchased outside of the this shop, decorating timeline, method of decal application, method of paint application, method of sealer application, environmental exposure, and level of ongoing sealer maintenance and care, all risks and effectiveness associated with the goods purchased from my shop are passed along to you upon delivery of your order, and displeasure with your independent decorating efforts is not a reason for return. *Please also note that all baby helmets are sized differently, both based on the helmet type as well as a baby's head size.  Naturally, this may result in the decals appearing larger or smaller, but the design elements will always be cut from the original design dimensions. Sets are not returnable/refundable due to any perceived size difference.*


Returns & Exchanges

All product sales are final, and it is the buyer's responsibility to provide a valid, correct address. Babbleworthy decals are custom cranial band decorations that are personalized, cut and hand-trimmed just for you. As such, refunds and exchanges are not accepted, unless an error was made to the order you placed, such as a misspelled name or incorrect color combination. If you feel an error has been made, please contact me immediately so that I can fully assess and remedy the issue. Forced returns are not accepted; in order to receive an error-related refund or replacement, customers must contact Babbleworthy first about the problem, and it must be agreed upon that the problem is in fact due to a shop error. As stated in the section above on product quality and performance, displeasure with your independent decorating efforts is not a reason for return. And last but not least, shipping delays and/or USPS related damages are not my responsibility and are not an eligible reason for return.


Shipping & Processing Times

All orders ship First Class via USPS. Please double check your shipping address prior to placing your order as items that cannot be delivered by the USPS due to an incorrect or invalid address will be subject to a reshipping fee. We reserve the right to retain funds paid to us in full for a product that was made and shipped in good faith and items returned by the USPS that are not paid for reshipment are not eligible for a refund. Tracking will be provided once the order has shipped. Processing times may vary; please see individual product listings for specific processing time. Please note that I am not responsible for shipping delays, USPS related damages, or orders that have been lost or stolen if the tracking status is listed as "delivered". Please also note that while the average delivery time is 1-3 business days, this is the average timeframe and not a delivery commitment. Unusual circumstances due to weather, USPS operations and other USPS-related factors may result in delays or missing mail, which I am not responsible for.
